What exactly is beambar?
beambar is an urban instant delivery service for activities and experiences. We aim to improve your free time by curating great activities on our platform that you can easily order to your home or to a live location of your choice. This way you will never again miss the moment until when you should have planned your free time. This means that you remain completely flexible and are always guaranteed to get the most out of your free time.
How fast is the delivery?
Within Berlin, we deliver to you in minutes. Germans’ favorite shows last an average of 29 minutes and we are usually at your door before it is over. Outside Berlin, we ship our buy products all over Germany in 1-3 days.
When do you deliver?
We deliver every day from 10am – 11pm.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within the Berlin city ring.
This includes the districts of Mitte, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg Neukölln, Charlottenburg, Lichtenberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Moabit, Wilmersdorf, Schöneberg, Tiergarten and Wedding. If you want to know if we deliver to you, you can have a look at our homepage. There you will find a map and you have the possibility to enter your address and check our delivery areas.
What are your delivery costs?
For buy products we ask for a delivery fee of 1,80€. Above an order value of 20€ the delivery is for free.

For rental products we ask for a delivery fee of 3,90€ which includes the delivery as well as the pickup. Above a order value of 30€, the fee is reduced to 1,80€.

Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse in Friedrichshain. In this case, the delivery fee for purchase and rental products is completely free of charge.

Outside of Berlin we ship our buy products to you for 3,90€. From an order value of 49€ the shipping is for free.
What is your minimum order value?
We do not ask for a minimum order value.
What payment methods are available?
You can easily pay by credit card, debit card or Paypal via our website. Unfortunately, cash payment is not possible.
What documents do I need to place my order?
To take your order, we only need your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, date of birth and payment information. Orders for activities that involve the delivery of alcoholic products are only permitted for persons over the age of 18. Upon delivery, our driver will check your age, so please have an identification document ready.

For orders of rental products, we require the number of your ID document, a photo of your ID and your registration address in advance and will check the information you provide against your ID document upon delivery.
Do I have to receive the package in person?
When ordering rental products, you must take delivery of your order in person so that we can check your identity against the details provided. If this is not possible on delivery, we will keep the products and cancel your order.
How does the rental work?
Rental: If a product is for rent you can rent it for a period of 1-3 days. At the end of the rental period you have chosen, we will pick up the product at your location. For all our rental products, you must provide your ID & address information before checking out.

Delivery: Upon arrival, our rider will ask you to show your ID and will only hand you over the product if your ID matches the information you provided during the checkout process. You will also be asked to sign a confirmation that you have received the products.

Pick-Up: After receiving your experience we will send you a message with all the infos on the pick-up. Just reply to this message (until 10pm latest) on the last day of your rental period. Once your message is received it will open a 2h pick-up window during which we will come and pick up your rental experience. If you wish for a smaller pick-up window please let us know your preferred time one day before the end of your rental period and we will pick up the activity within one hour from your indicated time. The pick-up location always needs to be the same as the delivery location. NOTE: If you fail to return the rental items on time we will add an additional day to your rent. For each additional day we charge a flat fee of 30€.
Do you require a security deposit for the rental of your products?
Yes, in order to provide you with a simple, fast and uncomplicated service, we do not require lengthy credit checks during the ordering process. However, as we have to protect ourselves against negligence and theft, we keep a deposit of 80€ in addition to the rental price. As soon as the rental has been completed and the rental product has been returned to us undamaged, we will initiate the re-transfer of your deposit. This might take a few business days.
What happens if the rental device is lost or stolen?
beambar is not liable for theft or loss. In the event of theft or loss, we will charge you for the cost of replacing your rental device with an equivalent product. In this case, we will automatically deduct the cost of replacement from your security deposit. If the cost of the replacement exceeds your deposit, we will charge you the excess amount for the replacement. If you are not willing to pay for the damage caused during the rental period, we will take the necessary legal action to settle the case. If your product is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Are the units cleaned after rental?
Yes, all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with isopropanol 70% when it is returned to us.
Can I buy my rented equipment?
Currently we do not offer the sale of rental equipment.
What personal data do I have to give beambar?
In order to accept your order, we only need your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, date of birth and payment information. For rental products we also need your ID number, a picture of your ID and your registration address.
Is my personal data safe with beambar?

I have received the wrong product. What do I do now?
Sometimes we pack your order so quickly that mistakes can happen. If this happens, don’t worry. Just let us know via customer support and we’ll sort it out for you in no time. [email protected] faq18.1
